Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure guests receive excellent service and a welcoming experience at all times.
•Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling.
•Be present at the reception or lobby area to support guests, colleagues, and visitors as needed.
•Identify VIPs or guests with special requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
•Tag and manage guest luggage accurately and efficiently.
•Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of resort facilities and activities.
•Safely store, deliver, and collect luggage and guest packages.
•Transport guests within the resort or to other locations on the island as required.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area; report any defects or issues.
•Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
•Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Candidate Requirements
•2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
•Friendly, polite, and able to communicate effectively in English; French is an advantage.
•Physically capable of handling and transporting luggage on foot or via ferry.
•Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
•Able to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
