Position Overview
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking two skilled and motivated POS Operators to join our team. This role offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career development for individuals who demonstrate strong performance and commitment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
•Operate and manage point-of-sale systems using Pacsoft / Optimizer software
•Provide efficient, accurate, and professional service to customers
•Apply strong hardware product knowledge in daily sales and transaction processing
•Work collaboratively within a team-based retail environment
•Maintain reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail during all transactions
Essential Qualifications & Skills
•Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a hardware retail environment
•Prior experience using POS systems (Pacsoft / Optimizer experience preferred)
•Customer-focused mindset with a strong service ethic
•Clear verbal communication skills
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team
