Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Precast Layer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in concrete work and be able to deliver quality craftsmanship under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a concrete laborer or mason.
Setting and aligning forms for concrete structures.
Spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using specialist tools.
Moulding expansion joints and edges with precision.
Selection Criteria:
Excellent organizational skills.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Ability to supervise a small team effectively.
Skilled in managing inventory, equipment, and facility use.
