Role Overview
The Programme Officer will provide administrative support across accounting, procurement, and general office management. This role ensures smooth operations within JICA Vanuatu’s programs and supports the team in achieving operational efficiency and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
•Assist with administrative tasks, including accounting, procurement, and general office affairs.
•Support the preparation and maintenance of reports, records, and official documents.
•Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth program operations.
•Assist in other office duties as required to support program implementation.
•Candidate Requirements
•Citizen of Vanuatu.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in any relevant field.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Open-minded, proactive, and able to contribute to a team environment.
•Fluency in Japanese is desirable but not required.
