Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Building Engineer to oversee resort construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in steel construction, concrete work, HT truck driving, rattan furniture & cabinet making, tiling, plumbing, electrical work, gib walls, and plastering.

Key Requirements:
Proven skills in multiple building trades.
Experience in international projects (preferred in at least 2 countries).
Ability to live on-site and commit to a 12-month contract (with option to renew).
