Job Description

Mangoes Resort is seeking a Property Maintenance Executive to oversee and manage all resort maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Recording, scheduling, and planning all ongoing maintenance tasks.
Procuring offshore items when required.
Hands-on work with mechanical repairs and maintenance.
Welding iron and steel work as needed.
Assisting with project management tasks during off-days.

This role combines administrative planning with practical, hands-on work, ensuring the resort’s facilities remain in top condition.

Selection Criteria

This position is a 12-month live-in contract, with the possibility of renewal.
International experience in at least two other countries is preferred.
