Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operations of a luxury holiday rental property in Port Vila.
Key duties include:
• Managing guest communications and delivering exceptional concierge services.
• Overseeing reservations, occupancy levels, and revenue performance.
• Supervising housekeeping activities and coordinating property maintenance to ensure the highest presentation standards.
• Recruiting, scheduling, training, and supporting staff members.
• Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and managing stock and inventory.
• Supervising food, beverage, kitchen, and bar-related operations where required.
• Maintaining outstanding service quality and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable stay.
Selection Criteria
• At least four years of experience managing luxury accommodation, resorts, villas, or hospitality properties.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high professional standards and deliver excellent results.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, organisational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Experience using property management, reservation, or booking systems, along with basic accounting knowledge.
• Additional language skills, particularly French, and formal hospitality qualifications will be considered an advantage.
