Job Description:
The Purchasing Officer is responsible for managing procurement processes, including placing orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. This role plays an important part in maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring smooth inventory flow to support business operations.
The position requires someone who can perform effectively in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy in purchasing records and documentation.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
•Good understanding of procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
•Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
•High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
