MIL Pacific Plumbing is currently seeking a qualified plumber to join the team to oversee the day-to-day operation. This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems.

Working independently and as part of the team.

Managing the team and overseeing day-to-day operation.

Reporting directly to the director.

Reading and following construction plans for both residential and commercial buildings.

Criteria:

The following skills are required for the job:

Previous experience in plumbing and a good understanding of business operation. Experience in different piping systems, drains, water heater experience. Performing repairs and installing new fixtures. Must be able to read constructions plans. Qualifications in plumbing background. Valid driver’s license with no previous convictions. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication, both verbal and written Good interpersonal & conflict resolution skills Honest and reliable. Comfortably working as a team or as an individual. Must be able to do heavy lifting. Must be available to work some weekends.
