Position Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure all timber products meet company standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement quality control procedures and inspections.
Monitor and evaluate production processes.
Ensure all products meet specifications before dispatch.
Troubleshoot quality issues and provide solutions.
Lead quality audits and ensure workshop compliance.
Maintain a strong focus on detail across all timber products.
Selection Criteria:
Over 5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager.
Proven experience in the Timber Industry (a MUST).
Ability to manage and supervise the entire workshop.
Skilled in planning, overseeing, and executing jobs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
