Organisation Overview:
Wan Smolbag Theatre is looking for a caring and committed Registered Nurse to join its Community Nutrition Screening Team. This position is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and SHEFA Health Services, focusing on improving the health and nutrition of young children across communities in SHEFA Province.

Role Summary:
The selected candidate will assist in assessing and monitoring the nutritional health of children aged 6 months to 5 years. The role involves participating in community outreach programs and working alongside healthcare workers and local teams to support child health and development initiatives.

Key Duties:
•Conduct nutrition screening and monitoring for young children in community settings
•Take part in outreach health activities across different locations
•Work closely with health professionals and community partners
•Promote awareness of child nutrition and wellbeing
•Follow Ministry of Health clinical guidelines and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
•Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license in Vanuatu
•Experience in caring for infants and young children is an advantage
•Good communication and community engagement abilities
•Willingness to travel and work in rural/outreach areas
•Strong teamwork skills with a focus on child health and nutrition
•Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and follow health standards

Salary:
Competitive package depending on qualifications and experience
