RENTAL CAR OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Europcar Vanuatu wishes to recruit a suitable candidate with experienced and confident for the
position of Rental Car Operations Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the Rental Car Business whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels. Provide an effective and reliable service to customers whilst meeting all legal requirements. To be a successful Operations Supervisor, you should be committed to providing excellent service to customers. You should be courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Oversee front counter operations, promoting excellent customer service and effectively dealing with customer queries or complaints
Responsible for inspecting vehicles before issuing a rental vehicle and also on vehicle return the position requires shift work over 7 days
Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
Managing inventory and reordering supplies.
Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.
Previous rental car experiences is an advantage
A valid driver’s licence is essential to this position
Requirements:
Has a valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
Prior detailing experience may be preferred.
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Good spoken and written English, French speaking is an advantage.
