Organization Description: 

The Vanuatu Tennis Federation is a non-government and charitable organization which aims, according to its Constitution to:

- promote, develop, enhance and protect the sport of Tennis mainly as an amateur sport for the recreation and entertainment of the general public in Vanuatu;

- foster the growth and development of the sport of Tennis in Vanuatu

- maintain recognition from and by the ITF;

- uphold and enforce the Rules of Tennis and of ITF;

- promote good governance in, and preserve the ethics, integrity and independence of, Tennis as a sport.

As of January 2025, Vanuatu Tennis Federation will directly manage the operations of its National Centre located in Port-Vila at the Stade Area.

Job Description:

The scope of the requested service is the provision of Beverages and/or Catering Services for the Vanuatu National Tennis Centre located at the Stade Area to commence on 1st of January 2025.

• To provide beverages and/or catering services to members and visitors;

• To adapt to the multicultural environment and create a friendly, safe and inclusive atmosphere in the services provided;

• Provide additional services on demand like conference catering, arrangements for receptions, functions, etc;

Selection Criteria:

• Vanuatu Tennis has approximately 200 members, mostly under 18 years old;

• Vanuatu Tennis's cultural diversity should be taken into account in the provision of catering services;

• Vanuatu Tennis has a strict Child Protection Policy;

• The applicant should preferably be able to work in English, French and Bislama.
