About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced management couple to take over as Resort Managers and continue delivering an unparalleled guest experience. This hands-on role requires strong leadership across all areas of boutique resort operations, including restaurant and bar service, front office, housekeeping, and general resort operations.
While experienced assistant managers and staff are in place, daily leadership and involvement are essential. The management couple will also have flexibility and autonomy to balance operational duties with enjoying the incredible surroundings.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience across all areas of resort operations
Hands-on leadership approach
Passionate about guest experience
Ability to manage a 7-day resort operation
Background in restaurant, bar, front office, and housekeeping management
