About the Organisation
A high-quality beachfront boutique resort with an on-site restaurant and bar located in the Pango area.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Resort Manager / General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a boutique resort and its restaurant and bar facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across all areas of resort and hospitality management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with guests. A strong background in sales and business development will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage the overall daily operations of the boutique resort, restaurant, and bar.
•Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
•Build positive and lasting relationships with guests and customers.
•Oversee staff, operational activities, and service delivery.
•Identify opportunities to increase bookings, sales, and overall business revenue.
•Support the development and implementation of strategies to grow the business.
•Ensure the resort and restaurant operate efficiently and professionally.

Selection Criteria
•At least 2 years of experience managing a boutique resort or similar hospitality business.
•Previous experience in restaurant management.
•Strong guest service and relationship-building skills.
•Proven sales and business development ability.
•A reliable, honest, and responsible approach to work.
•The ability to identify opportunities and successfully contribute to business growth.
•Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
