We're on the lookout for a Resort Manager with the passion and experience to lead our team and bring our vision to life.
As Resort Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of daily operations. From front office to wellness services, your leadership will ensure a consistently high standard of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily resort operations across all departments.
Lead, mentor, and support department heads and their teams.
Ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
Manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control.
Ensure legal compliance and maintain safety and employment standards.
Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers, community members, and VIP guests.
Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in luxury/boutique resorts or hotels.
Strong leadership, people management, and guest service skills.
Confident with budgeting, hospitality systems (PMS, POS), and operational planning.
Committed to wellness, sustainability, and culturally respectful tourism.
Calm, adaptable, and proactive — especially in remote or island settings.
