We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality and a minimum of 3 years in restaurant management. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Operations Management: Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, handling feedback and complaints professionally.
Inventory & Supplier Management: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Marketing & Promotions: Implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and special events, to drive customer engagement and revenue.
Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience (5+ years in the food & beverage industry preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in meeting financial targets and improving operational efficiency.
Knowledge of food & beverage management, menu planning, and inventory control.
Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
