Job Description:
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, supervising staff, and maintaining operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage front-of-house staff and daily service operations
•Staff rostering, supervision, and on-the-job training
•Ensure high customer service standards are consistently maintained
•Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
•Coordinate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
•Manage reservations and floor flow during service
•Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall venue standards
•Support basic reporting and stock control as required
•Uphold company policies and workplace standards
Selection Criteria:
•Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant supervision/management
•Strong communication and leadership skills
•Organised, reliable, and confident in managing a team
•Customer-focused with a calm and professional approach
•Available to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
