We are looking for a reliable and motivated Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. This role involves staff supervision, maintaining stock and store organization, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Supervise and support retail staff on a day-to-day basis
Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and display standards
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
Assist in inventory control and basic administrative duties
Experience in retail or sales
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Excellent mathematical and analytical ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
Willingness to work long or extended hours
Hard-working and dependable
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Proficient with retail systems and software
Possession of a valid driver’s license or forklift experience is an advantage
