Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store. This role involves staff supervision, maintaining stock and store organization, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support retail staff on a day-to-day basis

• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and display standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns

• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

• Assist in inventory control and basic administrative duties

Selection Criteria

• Experience in retail or sales

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent mathematical and analytical ability

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions

• Willingness to work long or extended hours

• Hard-working and dependable

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Proficient with retail systems and software

• Possession of a valid driver’s license or forklift experience is an advantage

Salary:

Negotiable – Based on experience and qualifications
