With a large wholesale division located in Nambatri and four well-stocked supermarkets at Nambatu (main outlet), Manples, Freshwota (largest suburb area), and Tassiriki (Korman area), Au Bon Marché is a trusted retail brand. The company also operates four ABM fuel service stations at Nambatu (Paray), Tropical, Manples, and Tassiriki.

Position Overview
The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes supervising staff, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth running of retail operations.

Selection Criteria
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail/Sales.
Hard-working and reliable.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work long and extended hours.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Driver’s license and/or forklift experience (advantageous).
