Job Description:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, and delivering excellent customer service.
Selection Criteria:
Experience in retail or sales departments.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent math, analytical, and communication abilities.
Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to follow directions and accept feedback constructively.
Able to work long and extended hours.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Valid driver’s license and/or forklift experience is beneficial.
