Position Summary
The Retail Supervisor oversees the daily running of the store, ensuring smooth operations at all times. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting staff, maintaining proper stock levels, keeping the store neat and organized, and delivering a high standard of customer service
Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in retail or sales roles
Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal qualities.
Eagerness to learn, reliable work ethic, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Willingness to accept instructions and use feedback to improve.
Capacity to work long or extended hours when required.
Hard-working and motivated attitude.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Competent with relevant computer systems and software.
A standard vehicle driver’s licence and/or forklift experience will be considered an advantage.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
