Organisation Overview
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) is a statutory organization established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189]. Its primary role is to help safeguard the financial future of workers by providing retirement savings and long-term social security benefits.

Position: Risk Officer
VNPF is seeking a qualified Risk Officer to assist in strengthening and maintaining the Fund's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. The successful candidate will help identify, evaluate, monitor, and report risks across the organization, including operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and emerging risks. The role also works closely with different departments to encourage effective risk management practices while ensuring compliance with internal policies, the Board's risk framework, and applicable legislation.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Internal Audit, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, finance, governance, or a similar area.
