Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Sales Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a diverse team, drive sales, and maintain our high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a large, diverse staff on the sales floor.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle any escalated issues.
• Maintain product displays and oversee inventory management.

Selection Criteria:

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in sales (retail or wholesale preferred).
• A background in the building trades (highly desirable).
• Strong electronics knowledge and proficient keyboard skills.
• A mature, professional demeanor with a stable home environment.
• A non-smoking lifestyle.
• Flexibility to work weekends if required.

Salary:

VUV 300,000 - 700,000 per month (based on experience)
