Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Office Easy. Ideal candidates will be confident, proactive, and passionate about helping customers find the right products for their needs.
Selection Criteria
•Demonstrated experience in sales with a strong ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with full professional proficiency in Bislama and English; knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
•Strong grasp of sales techniques and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•Solid commercial awareness, including an understanding of customer behaviour and market trends across both B2B and B2C environments.
•A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and trust with a wide range of customers.
•A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Salary
VT 400–650 per hour, based on experience and performance.
