Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role involves managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients—mainly within the private sector, with some public sector customers as well.
The ideal candidate will be independent, self-driven, and confident in communication and negotiation. This is a field-focused role that requires regular client visits to identify new opportunities, develop sales, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of business-to-business clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through regular prospecting and outreach
Conduct frequent client visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals efficiently
Work closely with logistics, customer service, purchasing, and management to ensure seamless order processing
Track orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to maintain strong customer satisfaction
Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports
Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth
Represent Sharper Image professionally, delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate:
Has proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within a B2B setting
Is well-organized, independent, and takes initiative
Communicates effectively and builds sustainable client relationships
Presents themselves confidently, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Works well with internal departments such as logistics, customer service, and purchasing
Is results-driven and eager to contribute to the company’s growth
Is fluent in English (French proficiency is an advantage)
Holds a valid driver’s licence
