Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Sales & Reservations Manager to oversee front office operations and reservations, ensuring smooth service and optimal occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise reservations team and front office duties.
Manage all resort and local bookings.
Monitor correspondence, guest reports, and team performance.
Handle group bookings, room blocks, and long stays.
Liaise with Sales and Central Reservations.
Forecast occupancy and maintain accurate records.
Train reservations staff in partnership with HR.

Selection Criteria:

At least 1 year in hotel reservation management.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with POS, RMS, Xero (a plus).
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with dispute resolution skills.
Familiarity with Room Master (advantage).
Highly organized and efficient.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
