Responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to management by performing a range of administrative tasks.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in an executive support role
Effective communication skills and able to multitask
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Able to handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
