Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Port Vila. The role is responsible for ensuring the safety of the store, employees, customers, and assets during business hours. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible security presence, monitor surveillance systems, perform inspections, and respond promptly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
Monitor CCTV and security equipment.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections.
Report and respond to security breaches or emergencies.
Work closely with management to enforce store security protocols.

Selection Criteria:

Previous experience in a security role, preferably in retail or customer service.
Strong understanding of security procedures and emergency protocols.
Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and alert.
Knowledge of Vanuatu laws related to security (desirable).
Valid security license or certification (desirable).
