Organization Description: 

The Corporate Services Unit -Ministry of Finance & Economic Management that oversees planning, policy, financial management, human resources, internal audits and the central tender's board.

Job Description:

To detect compliance audits and inspections based on procurement laws, policies and procedures as well as established agency procurement benchmarks.

Selection Criteria:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

Special business education: Accounting.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in auditing, performing procurement, contract, compliance or quality assurance activities, experience within a compliance or quality assurance.

Special skills: Developed organisational and analytical skills, auditing skills, excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, thorough understanding of public sector procurement practices and processes.

Leadership competencies: Visionary, motivational, focused on team building, able to provide coaching, proactive, able to build professional networks, leads with direction.

Thinking style: Analytical and practical, creative, critical.

Communication/ Interpersonal skills: Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Behavioral competencies: Honest, reliable, trustworthy, ethical, committed, customer-oriented and of good character.

Language: English or French and Bislama.

Salary: PS 6.1 (VT 2,202,300 per annum)
