Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Joiner to oversee production and installation activities within our timber and joinery workshop. The role involves managing workflow, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and maintaining smooth coordination between manufacturing and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan, organize, and manage daily workshop workflow and logistics
•Produce and supervise the creation of complex joinery products
•Carry out or oversee installation work on-site when required
•Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized factory environment
•Monitor all customer orders to ensure accuracy and proper tracking
•Ensure strict quality control standards are met before dispatch
•Coordinate scheduling to guarantee timely completion and delivery
Selection Requirements:
•Minimum 5+ years’ experience in senior joinery or similar role
•Strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple workshop tasks
•Proven experience in joinery installation work
•Good knowledge of quality control and problem-solving in production
•Experience in logistics, planning, and job scheduling
•High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
