A well-established timber and wood products company specializing in timber supply, custom joinery manufacturing, and installation services.

Position: Senior Joiner

Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and manage daily joinery production workflows.
•Manufacture high-quality custom joinery products.
•Carry out on-site installation of completed joinery projects.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
•Monitor product quality and ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and dispatched on schedule.

Candidate Requirements
•At least 8–10 years of professional experience in joinery or carpentry.
•Strong ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and plans.
•Extensive experience producing and installing stairs, doors, windows, cabinetry, bespoke furniture, and structural timber components.
•Skilled in operating and maintaining woodworking machinery, including table saws, spindle moulders, planers, thicknessers, mortisers, and a wide range of hand tools.
•Sound knowledge of timber species such as Kwila, Teak, Mahogany, and Pine, including their properties, moisture control, movement, and finishing techniques.
•Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices, including risk assessment, correct PPE usage, and compliance with applicable safety regulations.
