Job Desctiption:

The Senior Mobile Phone Technician role involves advanced-level diagnostics and repairs for mobile phones, including hardware issues (screen replacements, battery repairs, water damage) and software troubleshooting. The technician must have expertise in micro-soldering, motherboard repairs, and component replacements. They will lead the repair team, mentor junior technicians, ensure high-quality workmanship, and stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends.

Selection Criteria:

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile phone repairs, with proven expertise in both hardware and software.
- Strong knowledge of advanced repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience  Level  1 to 3 in for the brands Samsung, Apple, Redmi, Xiaomi, BLACKVIEW.
- Has 5 years of Experience in being Team leader of five people or more.
