Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Mobile Phone Technician to join our technical department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of smartphones with precision and professionalism. This role requires excellent technical ability, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to support and mentor junior technicians in a fast-moving work environment.
Selection Criteria
Qualifications & Experience

•At least 5 years of hands-on experience repairing mobile phones, including both hardware and software   troubleshooting.
•Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and repair machinery.
•Strong technical understanding of major brands such as Samsung, Apple, Redmi, Xiaomi, and BLACKVIEW, with   experience from Level 1 to Level 3 repairs.
•Demonstrated leadership experience, having managed a team of 5 or more technicians.
•High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality repair work.
•Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
•Able to work independently, stay organised, and maintain productivity in a busy environment.

Salary
Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience.
