This position aims to enhance DLA’s resilience measures integration into Ministry policies, plans, and procedures, supporting subnational planning for Area and Provincial Councils, and providing strategic research.
The primary purpose of the position is to strengthen the capacity, systems of DLA to identify, capture and communicate evidence-based information for risk informed planning, financing and implementation processes. The incumbent will support the establishment of partnerships and data-sharing arrangements between DLA and key partners in government and external stakeholders. The role will also support in developing and managing communication strategies for internal and external partners.”
