This position aims to enhance DLA’s capacity to implement and monitor risk-informed community development projects, primarily managing and coordinating community grants in planning, financing, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
The primary purpose of this position is to strengthen the capacity and systems of DLA to integrate resilience measures into the Ministry’s policies, plans, and standard operating procedures. The incumbent will support subnational planning processes for Area and Provincial Councils.
