We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, the ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
🍽 Culinary Expertise – Proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and styles.
👨🍳 Leadership – Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
📋 Menu Development – Create innovative and appealing menus that enhance the guest experience.
🔪 Kitchen Operations – Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food quality standards.
📊 Cost Management – Manage kitchen budgets and food costs effectively.
🛠 Training & Mentorship – Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
⚡ Efficiency – Ensure timely dish preparation while maintaining quality and presentation.
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Senior Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
✔ Qualifications: Formal culinary training and a recognized qualification in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
