Job Description

We are seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. This role focuses on creating a customer-focused environment, managing sales performance, maintaining professional product displays, and ensuring stock availability.

The position requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and a sales-driven mindset to lead the showroom team, grow sales, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the showroom team to ensure excellent service and high performance.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and merchandising standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.
Provide expert product advice and solutions to customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Train and motivate staff to improve skills and service quality.
Prepare accurate sales, inventory, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.

Minimum Requirement: At least 3 years of proven experience in the hardware sector.

Selection Criteria: 

Experience: 
Minimum of 3 years' experience in hardware retail, wholesale, or showroom management.
Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and showroom operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skilled in report preparation and data accuracy.
Physically fit to assist with showroom operations and stock handling.

Languages: Fluent in English (essential).
Knowledge of Bislama and/or French is an advantage.
