Fletcher Organisation (Vanuatu) Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee construction activities across its projects in Port Vila. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, leading work crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors on-site.
Organize and coordinate daily work schedules and site activities.
Monitor project progress to ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are achieved.
Review and interpret construction drawings and project plans.
Keep accurate site records and prepare progress reports.
Address on-site challenges and provide direction and support to team members.

Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor or Foreman.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to understand construction drawings and manage site operations effectively.
A solid commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
