Job Vacancy: Slipway Manager
Ocean Logistics Ltd is looking for a skilled and dependable Slipway Manager to lead slipway operations and oversee vessel maintenance activities at our Luganville, Santo facility.
Key Dutie
Oversee the safe movement of vessels onto and off the slipway
Lead and coordinate slipway staff, contractors, and maintenance teams
Ensure all operations comply with maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
Plan and manage vessel repair work, inspections, and maintenance schedules
Communicate closely with vessel captains, surveyors, and company management
Skills & Experience
At least 3–5 years of experience in slipway operations or marine maintenance
Strong understanding of hull maintenance processes and slipway machinery
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and enforce safety procedures
Relevant marine or trade qualification is an advantage
