Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of small engines and the ability to efficiently diagnose and repair issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze engine issues and develop effective repair strategies.
• Handle small parts and tools with precision and care.
• Inspect components thoroughly and follow repair procedures accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and costs.

Selection Criteria:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Engine Repair Expertise: Must have hands-on experience disassembling and reassembling engine components.
• Part Replacement: Skilled in replacing worn parts (e.g., pistons, rings, valves, bearings, gaskets).
• Fuel & Ignition Systems: Experience in repairing or replacing fuel systems (carbs, fuel lines, filters) and ignition systems (spark plugs, coils, wires).
• Pressure Handling: Ability to perform under pressure and deliver quality work in a timely manner.

Salary: 💰 Based on experience (VT 300-600 per hour)
