Organisation Overview:
We are a marine tourism company based at the waterfront in Port Vila, operating from Nambawan Café. Our business specializes in guided water-based experiences, including snorkeling, kayaking, and boat tours. We welcome visitors throughout the week and provide additional services during cruise ship arrivals on weekends.

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Snorkel Guide to lead snorkeling experiences for guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. The successful candidate will conduct safety instructions, support guests with snorkeling gear, and provide engaging information about marine ecosystems and sea life. This role also involves encouraging environmentally responsible tourism practices and responding effectively in emergency situations when needed.

Key Requirements:
•Valid small boat licence for operating light marine vessels
•Strong swimming and snorkeling ability
•Good understanding of marine environments, reef systems, and ocean safety
•Ability to confidently explain safety procedures and guide guests clearly
•Strong communication and customer service skills
•Calm and confident approach during emergencies
•First Aid, CPR, and water rescue certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
•Physically capable of working outdoors in marine conditions
•Interest in marine conservation and eco-friendly tourism practices
•Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
