Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef and skilled Chefs to join our vibrant Tamanu Kitchen team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for culinary excellence, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain high culinary standards in food preparation and presentation.
Support the training and supervision of kitchen staff.
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
Contribute to menu development and kitchen efficiency.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent references.
Strong teamwork and flexibility.
Good understanding of allergies and dietary requirements (advantageous).
