About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist/Attendant to join our team and deliver world-class spa experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and escort guests, while explaining spa amenities and facilities.
Perform a range of treatments including facials, massages, wraps, scrubs, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
Provide exceptional 5-star guest service and personalized care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products and treatments.
Recommend products and treatments tailored to guest needs.
Ensure spa cleanliness and hygiene, including restocking and laundry duties.
Uphold high standards of grooming and presentation.
Be proactive in learning and improving skills and product knowledge.
Assist in product upselling and guest engagement.
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in a hotel or spa environment preferred
Relevant certificates or qualifications (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced team.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and guest-service focused.
Available to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
