Vanua Leadership College, part of the long-established Pikinini Playtime education network, is seeking motivated and qualified Ni-Vanuatu teachers to fill several full-time roles beginning in 2025.

Position Overview:

We are looking for skilled teachers in the following areas:

Mathematics & Physics (experience with USP Foundation or VCE is desirable)

English Language & Literature

History & Geography

Accounting & Economics


Successful candidates will provide high-quality, engaging instruction for students in Years 7–12, support curriculum implementation, and help cultivate a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards

Prepare students for internal assessments, external pathways, USP Foundation, and VCE where applicable

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and senior management

Support diverse learners, including students with limited English proficiency or special educational needs

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional, respectful, and responsible educational culture

Eligibility & Selection Requirements:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:


Hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree in the relevant teaching discipline

Demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with USP Foundation or VCE curriculum is preferred for relevant subjects

Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic, and team-oriented environment

Alignment with the vision, values, and educational mission of Vanua Leadership College and Pikinini Playtime
