Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily administrative operations across four service stations. Key duties include organising staff rosters, overseeing customer service and sales performance, tracking inventory levels, maintaining stock records, and preparing both daily and monthly operational reports.
Selection Criteria:
• Tertiary qualification in business or a related field
• Strong skills in planning, organisation, and coordination
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical and administrative capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
