Store Manager
: Oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently across departments.
: Lead, manage, and develop operational teams, ensuring high performance, motivation, and accountability. Provide training, set goals, and monitor staff performance
:Customer Service: Monitor customer service and ensure that customer expectations are met.
Selection Criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role.
Proficiency in computer, retail manager & Microsoft office.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
