Position Summary
The company is looking for a skilled Store Technician to handle the repair, maintenance, and installation of musical instruments and electronic equipment. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, carrying out repairs, and providing technical support to customers.
Main Responsibilities
•Repair and service electronic devices and musical instruments such as guitars, keyboards, amplifiers, speakers, and sound systems
•Identify technical faults, troubleshoot electrical issues, and replace damaged internal components
•Carry out soldering work on cables, connectors, circuit boards, and audio/video wiring while following safety procedures
•Install and configure audio equipment including mixers, speakers, and sound systems for customers and events
•Ensure repaired equipment is properly tested, cleaned, and functioning before returning it to customers
•Provide customer support and technical guidance when needed
Candidate Requirements
•Experience in repairing musical instruments and electronic equipment
•Knowledge of watch repairs or appliance repairs such as televisions and air conditioners would be an advantage
•Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment
•Willingness to learn new skills and complete assigned duties efficiently
•Good punctuality and reliability
•Strong customer service and communication skills
