Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to manage and deliver key student services. The role ensures students receive seamless support throughout their academic journey and plays a vital part in the college’s administrative and academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage student enquiries and communication

Support student enrolment processes

Enter and maintain data in the PSET MIS system

Assist with student reporting for VQA and MoET

Provide administrative support to the Deputy CEO Academic

Assist with printing, copying, and binding tasks

Selection Criteria

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification: Certificate IV (minimum)

• Preferred Fields: Administration, Education Support, Training & Assessment

• Experience: 2+ years in student services or related role

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with PSET MIS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Honest, reliable, analytical, and a practical thinker

• Fluent in Bislama, English, or French

Special Conditions:

• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
