Looking for a TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT to provide administrative, commercial and technical management of sales and gas manufacturing
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the sale of products and services at the factory: advice, creation of quotes and invoices on SAGE software
- Contact prospects and customers to arrange the scheduling of fire extinguisher maintenance services
- Facilitate cylinder returns to plan gas production
- Ensure the monitoring of invoice payments and after-sales service
- Control stock and trigger factory orders
- Anticipate major account requests to avoid stock shortages
- Master and respect hygiene and safety rules in an industrial environment
Profile sought
- Baccalaureate level, technical-commercial or accounting, + 2 years of successful experience in a similar position
- Mastery of the essential office suite: EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK…
- Commercial skills, data analysis and reconciliation capacity
- English, French and Bislama spoken fluently
- Excellent presentation, and very good interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, methodical and organized
- Great autonomy, responsiveness and dynamism
